Just an update on the raw dessert tasting event because I am so excited!
There are many people who are interested in coming and It will be a great opportunity for us to meet and connect with each other.
Here are the list of desserts that I will be making. (may change...)
*Summer apricot torte with vanilla cream
*Banana Ice cream tart with chocolate ganache
*Orange infused chocolate cake bar
*cherry shortcake
*double chocolate cake filled with mousse filling
*Plum biscotti
*chocolate chewies
*cinnamon and nutmeg roll with sticky caramel sauce
*truffles
*chocolate filed with coconut mint / plum conserve
organic ingredients and made with wholesome products (using other sweeteners instead of agave as much as possible)
I can't wait to this day!!!!
