I made these date squares for friday market at my daughter's school.
crust- oats, wholemeal spelt flour, sunflower oil, coconut oil, cinnamon and coconut sugar.
filling- dates, lemon juice and amaranth.
baked at 180 degrees till the crust browns nicely.
wholesome snack for anytime...
